How long does Shipping time take?

How to return/refund my item?
Send us a message at support@charmentier.com and provide us your order number as well as proof of purchase (images, receipts, videos etc.). We have 30 days return policy. You can ship us back the item at your own cost. And we are more than happy to give you a full refund or reship you a new item depends on the situation. If you order multiple products, we will try to send all of them in the same package.
